Working directly alongside our Principal Engineer, Mahyar Niroumand, P.Eng., you'll lead design work, supervise staff, and manage projects from concept through completion. Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects including site servicing, drainage systems, and municipal infrastructure 

• Design and review engineering drawings, specifications, and reports 

• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff 

• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, contractors, and consultants throughout project lifecycles 

• Conduct site visits and field reviews across the Lower Mainland 

• Ensure projects meet regulatory requirements, timelines, and quality standards • Contribute to business development and client relationship building

Required Qualifications: 

• Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC) 

• 5-10 years of progressive civil engineering experience, with substantial work in the Lower Mainland, BC 

• Demonstrated expertise in civil infrastructure, drainage, and site servicing design 

• Proven ability to manage projects independently and lead technical staff 

• Strong understanding of BC Building Code, municipal bylaws, and local regulatory environment • Valid BC driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites regularly 

• Established roots or genuine commitment to the Chilliwack/Fraser Valley region

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design software 

• Existing relationships with Lower Mainland municipalities 

• Project management certification or training 

• Business development or client management experience
