What You’ll Do
Under the mentorship of the Engineer of Record:
Assist in the design and execution of civil projects—grading, stormwater, water, and sanitary systems
Prepare drawings, calculations, and reports using Civil 3D and other industry tools
Conduct site inspections and field reviews
Support project scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination
Ensure compliance with local bylaws, provincial regulations, and the Engineers and Geoscientists BC Code of Ethics
Participate in proposal writing, internal reviews, and knowledge sharing
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Registered as an EIT (or eligible) with EGBC
1–3 years of civil design and/or field experience (recent grads will be considered)
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D; familiarity with PCSWMM or EPANET is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to continuous learning, ethical conduct, and delivering high-quality work
Valid BC driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for site visits
